Rally to Support Demands of Casey Goodson’s Family

On Friday, December 4, Casey Christopher Goodson Jr., a 23-year-old local man, was fatally shot by a Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputy while he was walking into his own home. Casey was shot three times in the back, piercing his lungs and heart.
It is devastating to see another life lost at the hands of police.

Family of Julius Tate To Return to His Place of Murder to Honor His Short Life

On December 7 at 3pm, the family of Julius E. Tate will gather in front of 1308 Mt. Vernon Ave. [east of the intersection with N. Champion Ave.] where an electric pole has been decorated in his honor.
It has been two years since the murder of young Julius at the hands of Columbus Police.
Rally for Marriage Equality Protections in Ohio

Due to recent shifts in our Supreme Court, the protections currently in place for marriage equality have been put into question. Our request is for state legislature to provide marriage equality protections for LGBTQ+ individuals on a state level in Ohio.
