We are excited to announce that the Columbus New Liberals May event will feature a question-and-answer with Ohio Senator Bill DeMora! The topics he will be discussing will be housing, transportation, and infrastructure, so come prepared to think, learn, and engage!

After the event, we will be heading over to Land-Grant Brewing Company, 424 W. Town St., for our monthly social. If you come to the social after attending the event, your first round of drinks is on us! See you there!

This month’s Artist Commune will feature a photo walk in downtown Columbus. This guided experience will show the beauty that exists in our local spaces, from the development of the city to the green space of Scioto Mile. We will be meeting in the corridor of Urban Arts Space prior to embarking on our journey. Artist Commune is free and open to all. Photographers of all experience levels are encouraged to attend.

Free Resource Fridays is our monthly free resource giveaway, hosted on the last Friday of every month!

Meet us at Community Grounds, 1134 Parsons Ave., 4-6pm, and grab some resources, harm reduction supplies, clothes, hygiene products, and food!!

Presented collaboratively by Equitas Health Institute and Stonewall Columbus, this series is intended to uplift intersectional lived experiences in relation to engaging with healthcare. For the latest iteration of the series, we welcome you to join our panelists as they share stories from their lived experiences of navigating healthcare and queer and disabled community spaces.
