“Central Ohio Student-Led Rally for Reproductive Rights,” hosted by Sunrise Columbus

Friday, March 27, 4-5pm, Ohio Statehouse

Legislation in Ohio and across the country is threatening our reproductive rights, and the health and well-being of our most marginalized community members. As young people and high school students, some of us without the right to vote, we reject this attack on our bodies.

On Friday, May 27, we’ll be rallying at the Ohio Statehouse to demand bans off our bodies! Show up and speak out for a peaceful, student-led protest.

We are the younger generation fighting for a more just world.

Reproductive Justice now.

“Accountability for Casey!,” hosted by Convict Meade and four other organizations

Thursday, May 19, 12noon-1pm, Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, 345 S. High St.

For nearly 18 months now, the family of Casey Goodson, Jr. has had to fight for accountability for his murder. While this fight has long focused on Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputy Jason Meade (@convictmeade), the fight also requires accountability from the government agency that enabled a sheriff’s deputy with a violent history to take Casey’s life.

“Rally at Statehouse to Stop HB 434,” hosted by Our Revolution and several other organizations

Wednesday, May 18, 12noon, Ohio Statehouse

H.B. 434 — The “Advanced Nuclear Technology Helping Energize Mankind (ANTHEM) Act” — is another radioactive taxpayer boondoggle that has passed the Ohio House and has moved on to the Ohio Senate! They haven’t even revoked H.B. 6 yet, and not one of the conspirators in H.B. 6 has gone to jail, but this is an even bigger swindle.

“Convict Meade Call to Action,” hosted by People’s Justice Project, Sunrise Columbus, and Convict Meade

Thursday, May 12, 8:30am, Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, 345 S. High St.

Murderer Jason Meade has been charged with Double Murder and Reckless Homicide for the death of Casey Goodson Jr.; he will be in court again.

Bring your “Justice for Casey” and “Convict Meade” signs and make some noise!

We won’t be stopping until Meade is convicted and Franklin County accepts responsibility for his actions.
