The Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Cincinnati and Columbus will be hosting the 14th annual Stroll for Epilepsy on January 28, 2017. This family-friendly event will take place at the Polaris Fashion Place.

Walkers will stroll through both levels of the mall, stopping along the way at designated stations to answer questions in our “treasure hunt” quiz and to become eligible to win prizes.

The aim of this monthly reading group is to prevent intimate partner violence (IPV) by providing holistic political education. We seek to create community-based interventions to IPV that do not rely on the police or governmental institutions.

We are currently reading “Creative Interventions Toolkit: An Invitation and Practical Guide for Everyone to Stop Violence.”

Police Officers for Equal Rights invites the Central Ohio Community to attend our 22st Annual Free Community Breakfast on the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

A free breakfast will be served, 8-9:55am. Gospel music, videos, and keynote speaker, Reverend Joel L. King, Jr., cousin of the late Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., will be in the sanctuary, 10am-12noon. The theme of the breakfast is “A Dream Refreshed.”
