We are a new Meetup doing a new thing in Columbus! We do authentic relating games: a practice to increase personal awareness, emotional intelligence, and connection.

These weekly events provide space to connect with yourself and community. You can build emotional intelligence. You will make new friends. You will gain new communication skills.

Friday, May 19, 7:30-9am, Columbus City Hall, 90 W. Broad St.

Celebrate Bike to Work Day by joining hundreds of fellow riders on one of several routes that converge on Columbus City Hall at 8am for free breakfast and coffee, recognitions, and announcements.

Yay Bikes! will be leading the ride from Goodale Park (corner of Park St. and Goodale St.), leaving at 7:30am. Registration [at this link] is appreciated!

Despite the outcome of the presidential race, we know that we’re on the right side of history. The majority of Americans believe in LGBTQ equality; LGBTQ people and our allies have faced many setbacks only to fight with even more urgency for a better tomorrow.

Now is the time to celebrate our victories and to double-down on our work to protect all of the gains that we have made nationally.

Wednesday, May 17, beginning at 5:30pm, Columbus City Hall, 90 W. Broad St.

Join cyclists worldwide in a silent, slow-paced processional (8 mph) in honor of those who have been injured or killed while cycling on public roadways.

We will gather, 5:30-6:30pm, at Columbus City Hall, to prepare for the ride. A brief presentation will begin at approximately 6:30pm. At 7pm, the Ride of Silence will begin. Following the ride, we welcome you to stay and visit with one another.
