Do you have some old tires you don’t know what to do with? We are holding a tire amnesty event on March 15 from 10am to 12noon at the Linmoor Education Center parking lot! Columbus residents may come and bring up to ten tires for free recycling. Properly recycling tires is important to keep them out of our streams, waterways, and other natural areas, keeping them out of our landfill, and reducing breeding grounds for mosquitoes!

A critically acclaimed musical project that celebrates the world’s greatest cultural icons through biographical rap songs. Half TED Talk, half live concert, Shaun Boothe uses music, multimedia, and motivation to deliver powerful and transformative messaging in a way that will resonate with audiences and leave them incredibly inspired.

All tickets are $5; this event will be followed by a special Q&A with Boothe.

Ohio is about to embark on the final phase of the Fair School Funding Plan, the funding formula designed to ensure students get the resources they need regardless of where they live.

But lawmakers at the Statehouse have hinted that funding needed to fulfill the plan is in danger. The Ohio House has just begun to shape the budget that decides how the state allocates our tax dollars — now is when our representatives need to hear from us.

Through the partnership of TransOhio and Equitas Health, with support from local community groups, the Ohio Name Change Legal Clinic offers confidential virtual discussions with trained volunteer attorneys to help you navigate the process! Come with all of your questions and leave with the paperwork you need.

Bring your gloves, seeds to share, and let’s have fun meeting other gardeners, chatting about gardening, locations, farm management and community growing, and eating “nibble snacks.”

Enter the church via the back door, the church is handicap accessible.

After pretending to be a worker champion, Trump’s actions tell another story. He’s actively dismantling the Department of Labor, firing federal workers, trying to privatize the Postal Service, and going after agencies that protect workers’ rights and safety.

But we are fighting back.
