Community Voices is a half day symposium on the challenges that Black Women face; how we turn obstacles into opportunities!

This event will focus on health, education, economic empowerment, and public policy advice from local Black Female Experts.

Hosted by National Coalition of 100 Black Women Central Ohio Chapter.

Join us for 100 Years of Ohio Women’s Activism as we kick-off our year-long commemoration of the passing of the 19th Amendment. This amendment gave many women the right to vote by making it illegal to discriminate against voters on the basis of sex. This major victory was only the beginning for women’s activism. You’ll have the chance to learn more about women’s suffrage and activism from the state’s earliest days to now.
