Attention all QTIPOC Columbus artists! Columbus Community Pride and the greater city are looking to be blown away by your vision. We are looking for musicians, painters, sculptures, dancers, make-up artists, drag queens/kings, etc., of all different expressions, for a night of showcase.

We want to let the Community have it with a night filled with the beauty, anger, sadness, and joy that only art can create.

Saturday, June 11, 12noon-3pm, Columbus Metropolitan Library [Parsons Branch], 1113 Parsons Ave. [this event will also be occurring via Zoom]

The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called “Going to HCCO” and we still like to think of it as our flagship event.

Saturday, June 11, 11am-3pm, Parsons Ave. [between E. Kossuth St. and E. Whittier St.]

“Avenue for All” is a festival championing the vision that Parsons Avenue, and indeed the South Side, are a place for everyone, no matter our age, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, or economic background. While, historically, Parsons Avenue has been a dividing line, it has become a gathering space for the whole community. We invite the community to experience the beauty and power of the South Side’s rich history and diversity and be a part of creating an Avenue for All!

Saturday, June 11, 10am-12noon, Edgewater Park [near the Edgewater Beach House], 7600 Cleveland Memorial Shoreway, Cleveland, Ohio

We will meet at 10am at the large lower parking lot near the Edgewater Beach House at Edgewater Park. We will walk to Gordon Square and return. Some people will remain by our table, so come even if you do not want to walk.

Those who wish to may stick around for a [socially distanced] picnic. Bring your own or something to share, including a chair.

We encourage everyone to wear a mask.
