Free Press June Second Saturday Cyber Salon

Since we aren’t getting together in person, we can gather for a couple of hours on the second Saturday night of each month, 7-8:30pm, on Zoom.

Theme:

“Peace and Democracy: Do We Have Either?”

On the 40th anniversary of the largest peace march in U.S. history and the current Columbus City Council Charter Review, is there democracy?

Featuring:

• Presentation on June 12, 1982 [reflection by Michael Gruber]

• Discussion of CCBOR Council Charter Amendments [by Bill Lyons and Jon Beard]

A question-and-answer period will be included.
