This event will be an on-line live workshop to examine how people and experiences shape how you see yourself, family, co-workers, and strangers.

Dr. Melissa Crum will facilitate an online training of one of her most popular workshops to support your commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. The goal is to help ensure that you have the opportunity to identify opportunities to grow and make the greatest impact in your family, community, and workplace . This training examines the intersection of race, gender, and class, using critical self-reflection and storytelling, to offer you new practices that support productive community building.

What you need to know

• You will work individually and in small groups so be sure to join us with your video and microphone on.

• You can reflect and share as you feel comfortable.

• Notebook paper

• Something to write with

• Willingness to be vulnerable
