“The Underground Railroad in Ohio (In-Person and Virtual),” hosted by Ohio History Connection

Thursday, February 22, 3-5pm, Ohio History Center, 800 E. 17th Ave. [this program will also be presented via YouTube]

Did you know that Ohio played a pivotal role in the Underground Railroad? Thousands of freedom seekers traveled through Ohio, yet these stories have been obscured. Join us as we speak with Kathy Schulz, author of The Underground Railroad in Ohio, as she shares the stories she’s uncovered and the research she delved into to learn about the past.

This program will be live-streamed from the auditorium at the Ohio History Center, where we will be speaking virtually with the author. Guests may either attend the livestream in person at the Ohio History Center [this program is included with museum admission] or virtually via YouTube.

Hosted by Ohio History Connection.
