Kalesha Scott and Jarrod Robinson of the Ohio Student Association, Piet van Lier of Policy Matters, and Jenny Jones, a Cincinnati-area parent who took out a loan for her daughter’s education, will talk about how the “transcript trap” and other punitive debt collection policies hold Ohio students back.
