Strong Black Women

Sunday, March 17, 3-5:30pm, Southern Roots Sistah Center, 4343 E. Livingston Ave.

Sistahs, join us as we explore the topic: Strong Black Women.

• Are we helped or harmed when people identify us as the strong one?

• Are we able to get the support we need, when everyone is looking at us to be the strong one?

• Come out for great conversation, support, and sistahhood.

• We will break bread while we discuss different perspectives of the Strong Black Woman concept.

Please bring a dish to feed 5-7 people; the host will provide drinks and desserts.

This event is for Sistahs 15 years and older.

Hosted by Southern Roots Sistah Center.
