“Spring Magnolia Tree Tour,” hosted by Friends of Goodale Park

Tuesday, April 6, 6pm, Goodale Park, 120 W. Goodale St.

One of Goodale Park’s best features is its grove of Magnolias that are starting to bloom! Join us as we celebrate this very special collection of trees. We will discuss all things Magnolia; the different kinds in the park, their history, their lore, and why we love them so.

Cross your fingers that no frosts which will damage the flower buds and join us on April 6 at 6pm with a rain date of April 8 at 6pm.

We will be socially distanced, masks are suggested if social distancing isn’t possible. Meet a few minutes ahead of 6pm at the caretaker’s village in the center of the park. Thank you to our board member and dedicated arborist Rick Frantz for leading this tour.

Hosted by Friends of Goodale Park.
