One reason for so many police shootings is the policy of “Qualified Immunity.” Find out what it is, its racist origins, how it affects communities, and what we can do about it.

Cynthia Brown, founder of Deescalate Ohio Now, will discuss “Qualified Immunity” — what it is, how it endangers communities, and the grassroots effort to repeal it.

Though the focus will be on Ohio, “Qualified Immunity” is widespread around the country.
