“Sowing Sacred Connections, Sharing Spiritual Practices, Healing Heart and Earth,” Interfaith Association of Central Ohio (IACO) 23rd Annual Main Event Luncheon

Sunday, August 23, 2015, doors will open at 12:30pm, program will be 1-3pm, Noor Islamic Cultural Center, 5001 Wilcox Rd., Dublin, OH

The Noor Islamic Cultural Center of Dublin will be hosting this year’s event; an optional tour of the mosque will be offered at the conclusion of the Main Event.

Guest Speaker: Jessica K. Shimberg

Jessica K. Shimberg is a rabbi and advocate. Her passion for spiritual growth and social and environmental justice fuels her work locally and nationally. Jessica leads The Little Minyan Kehilla, a central Ohio congregation rooted in Earthcare. Drawing on a lifetime of lessons, Jessica assists others in discovering the sacred through ritual, prayer, activism, and other creative and traditional approaches to religious and spiritual expression while utilizing Jewish and multi-faith lenses. She currently serves on the board of Ohio Interfaith Power and Light.

The Islamic community will provide vegetarian meals to all.
