“Safe Green Schools Town Hall,” hosted by Ohio Organizing Collaborative

Wednesday, October 20, 5:30pm, Columbus Mennonite Church, 35 Oakland Park Ave.

Learn about a huge opportunity to transform Columbus City Schools with green investments like solar and electric buses.

Columbus City Schools need to be smart about how they use our limited resources. We’re in a game changer moment where there are billions of federal dollars available to our schools through the IRA [Inflation Reduction Act] to invest in sustainable energy. Switching to solar will save Columbus City Schools millions in energy costs that could go to the many other needs of our students.

Come to this town hall and get your school on the list for solar panels and other improvements!

• Pizza and refreshments provided

• Fun activities for kids
