Protest/Rally

The next Stop the Cruelty (StC) protest will be this Friday, at 675 Brooksedge Blvd, Westerville, Ohio, 43081.

StC is a silent protest (we do talk among ourselves). We provide identical signs that read "Stop the Cruelty" in red letters on a white background.

The nearest parking is still at the Schrock Road Kroger.

Everyone is welcome!

Join us to rally in support of democracy and against the coup engineered by Musk, Trump, and Peter Thiel's Palantir! Bring a sign and a friend! Chants and songs are welcome. However, please remember: We practice peaceful non-violence and non-confrontation.

Although we are all very concerned about Elon Musk' s activities and unconstitutional meddling in our democracy, we protest peacefully and with comradery among those who support refusing to go along with Trump and Musk.

The weather is looking dreary so make sure to layer up. Their Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) strike is officially the longest cannabis workers strike in American history, eclipsing 59 days on the picket line.

They will not stand down until Vext Science/Herbal Wellness Center comes to the table for good faith negotiations toward a fair collective bargaining contract.

Join us in standing up for our future and protesting the Trump administration’s reckless economic policies that put profit over people. His massive tax cuts for the ultra-wealthy will explode the national deficit, opening the door to devastating cuts to Medicaid, SNAP, Social Security, education, research and more—the very lifelines and services millions of families depend on. Tariffs and trade wars will spike prices on groceries, clothing, and everyday goods, squeezing working families while small businesses fight to stay afloat.

If you think the U.S. is rapidly moving in the wrong direction with healthcare cuts, rising prices, student loan changes, corruption, loss of rights, eroding democracy, personal data collection, tariffs and massive funding for a militarized police force... Say Something!

Join our rally on the South Side.

Gather at the corner of Grant and Livingston!

A single voice can ignite a movement! Bring your signs, bring your voice, bring a friend!

We will do our SOF event as an added part of the weekly rally. Wear WARM dark comfortable clothing, dark hat, dark glasses, and comfortable walking shoes. Masks are optional and up to each individual.

If it’s cool, consider wearing gloves, since you can’t put hands in pockets.  Bring WATER to drink.  SIGNS ARE PROVIDED.

Organized by the Worthington Area Democratic Club and Westerville Progressive Alliance.

Weekly. Support veterans: Protect the VA! Join our Rush-Hour Resistance Rally outside the Chalmers Wylie VA Clinic to protest the cuts to the VA and support veterans! We will be demonstrating on public sidewalks on both sides of James Road, which are highly visible to commuters passing by.

To eliminate any possibility of getting in the way of patients or staff at the clinic, we are asking everyone to avoid using the VA lot to the east of James Road. Instead, please park west of James Road.
