“Protest the Anti-Transgender Resolution at the Ohio State Board of Education,” hosted by Honesty for Ohio Education

Monday, October 31, 12noon-4:30pm, Ohio Department of Education, 25 S. Front St.

The Executive Committee of the Ohio State Board of Education is meeting on October 31, 12:30-4pm, to discuss, amend, and possibly vote to move the Anti-LGBTQ+ Resolution back to the Board for a vote.

• There will be no public spoken testimonies heard at this meeting

• The public will be allowed to sit in on this meeting

There are still ways to protest this hate-filled resolution!

• E-mail the Executive Committee members by copy/pasting this link

• Sit in on the meeting at 25 S. Front St. from 12:30pm to 4pm

• We will be holding a protest from 12noon to 4:30pm on the sidewalk outside of the meeting, making signs, and chalking the sidewalk. Please show up when you can to support us, to chalk an affirming message, to hold a sign, and to raise awareness. We’ll have some water, snacks, and first aid, but also feel free to bring your own supplies if you can.
