“Pride Then and Now: Honoring the Past, Looking to the Future of Pride,” hosted by Human Rights Campaign and three other organizations

Monday, June 28, 7pm, this on-line event requires advance registration

Pride 2021 is unlike any Pride we have experienced before. We are slowly beginning to come out of the COVID-19 pandemic and are acknowledging the aftermath, one year later, of the global reckoning on racial justice following the deaths of George Floyd and so many other Black and Brown people.

Pride this year must center our activism and intentional approach to understanding the intersectionality of the LGBTQ movement and our connection to all diverse populations. We must work to ensure that all members of our community feel welcome. Join the leaders of the Human Rights Campaign, The National LGBTQ Task Force, and The National Center for Lesbian Rights for a conversation about Pride, then, now, and in the future.
