Pastors for Peace in Central Ohio 26th Friendshipment Caravan to Cuba Public Meeting

The 26th Friendshipment will be a special event that will celebrate the establishment of diplomatic relations with our neighbor in the Caribbean and the possibility of the USA government eventually repealing the more than 50-year-old embargo we had placed on the island in 1960 during the administration of Dwight Eisenhower.

Since the first Friendshipment (1992), the “blockade” of our neighbors has been consistently opposed by IFCO [Interreligious Foundation for Community Organization] and Pastors for Peace.

The event will begin with a 6pm potluck dinner with the caravaners; the program will begin at 7pm.
