Ohio Solar Supporters: Union Engagement

Ohio Citizen Action is proud to host a panel discussion featuring leading voices at the intersection of labor and clean energy. We're bringing together Maddy Wilson from the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and Brian McPeek from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 688 to explore how union involvement is shaping the future of utility-scale solar development in Ohio. As our state stands at a crossroads in the energy transition, this conversation couldn't be more timely. Utility-scale solar projects represent a tremendous economic opportunity—one that can create good-paying, union jobs for Ohio workers.
