The COVID-19 pandemic has elevated the public health crisis of mass incarceration to an even higher level.

During this webinar, we will hear from attorneys who have filed successful lawsuits requiring cities and states to free prisoners from detention in order to mitigate the spread of the pandemic. We will talk about tactics that have been successful, ongoing legal battles, and obstacles they have encountered.
