“Long St. Bridge and Cultural Wall Ten Year Celebration,” hosted by Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission [MORPC]

Wednesday, September 18, 10am-3pm [there will be a brief program at 11:30am], Long St. Bridge over I-71 [between Lester Dr. and Elijah Pierce Ave.]

On July 10, 2014, the newly reconstructed Long Street bridge was unveiled as part of the Ohio Department of Transportation’s I-70/I-71 Columbus Crossroads Project. This complete street design created a unique opportunity to connect the historic King-Lincoln District and the Near East side to downtown Columbus.

Join us on Wednesday, September 18 as we commemorate a decade of the revitalized Long St. Bridge and the inception of the Cultural Wall. This milestone will be honored with guest speakers, live music, local visual artists, food trucks, community resources, and more.

Hosted by Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission [MORPC].
