“Legal History: The Green Scare,” a webinar hosted by Civil Liberties Defense Center [CLDC]

Thursday, October 15, 6-8pm, this on-line event requires advance registration

Lauren Regan, Executive Director and Senior Staff Attorney, and CLDC advisory board member and former political prisoner Daniel McGowan, will discuss the “Green Scare” — the largest federal prosecution of environmental and animal rights activists in U.S. history.

Daniel was a non-cooperating defendant, represented by Lauren. They will discuss the historic importance of these cases to movements and current implications regarding State repression and front-line actions.
