Humanist Community of Central Ohio Winter Solstice Potluck featuring Richard Carrier

After many years of having formal banquets that take massive amounts of time and effort to plan and keep control of the costs, it was decided to change things up this year and have a potluck format. It will be the same great winter solstice fun with members and friends of the Humanist Community of Central Ohio.

Our speaker will be Dr. Richard Carrier, a philosopher and historian with degrees from Berkeley and Columbia who specializes in the contemporary philosophy of naturalism and in Greco-Roman philosophy, science, and religion, including the origins of Christianity.

Pre-registration will not be required this year but a suggested donation will be collected to cover the cost of the venue and speaker.
