Humanist Community of Central Ohio [HCCO] monthly meeting: “Humanist Program for Mental Health Month,” presented by HCCO president Catherine Carney

Our president, Catherine Carney, a licensed professional mental health provider, will be our speaker for this meeting in recognition of Mental Health Month. The focus of her talk will include the following discussion points: In these uncertain times taking care of mental health is more challenging and more important than ever. But what is mental health? What are signs that someone is struggling? What resources are available? How can we help individuals and our community? Come join HCCO at our May meeting to find out!
