Humanist Community of Central Ohio [HCCO] monthly meeting

This month’s program: “Mentoring: Increasing our impact on the future”

Mentoring programs pair an adult with a child or teen who would benefit from an additional role model in their life. It is an opportunity to put humanist values into practice and to help a young person during a crucial stage of their life.

Today Jeff Dubin and Jamie Nichols will talk about their personal experiences as mentors and some of mentoring’s benefits (to both mentor and mentee). We will also have a representative from a local mentoring organization to speak about the programs and services that they offer and to answer questions.
