“Health First” Community Health Fair

Includes presentations, workshops, demonstrations and screenings on a variety of topics, including, but not limited to, hypertension [high blood pressure] and diabetes prevention, healthy eating and nutrition, bullying [in and out of school], a Zumba workout [which will emphasize the importance of fitness in a fun program for all family members while understanding the importance of physical fitness and daily activity], chemical dependency awareness, and cancer awareness and early detection.
