“Gender-Affirming Care: Urgent Needs Colliding with Unnecessary Obstacles,” hosted by Equitas Health Institute

On Transgender Day of Visibility, Equitas Health Institute Lead Trainer Ramona Peel (she/her) will explain the urgent need for broader access to gender-affirming care, as well as the obstacles to that care and why they exist. Ramona will also discuss how we can work to lower these barriers and increase access to care. This session will include a live question-and-answer session with Ramona. One Continuing Education Credit in Social Work or Counseling will be available to attendees.
