Free Press Protest Fest

Monday, November 13, 6-11pm, Woodlands Tavern, 1200 W. Third Ave.

The Columbus Free Press brings you a full evening of political, protest, and psychedelic music from the past and present by local musicians and bands, emceed by Dan Dougan.

The Free Press Annual Awards ceremony, honoring local community activists, will happen between 7-8pm.

Come to enjoy the music and dance and sing along with songs of resistance and hear inspiring speakers. Refreshments will be available.

This is a fundraiser for the Free Press: $10 admission at the door; sliding scale for low-income.

The lineup includes: ChickenHawk BirdGetters (singing the song they never got to play at ComFest this year [“F**k the Police”]!), Miller Kelton, Greg Kilcup Band, Connie Harris, Brian Clash Griffin, Victoria Parks, and Dan Dougan and friends.
