The options for main entree are:

• Salmon: Baked Atlantic Salmon with creamed potatoes and pan roasted asparagus

• Chicken: Breaded chicken breast with creamed potatoes and saute vegetable medley

• Vegan: Butternut squash alfredo with crisped kale and seasonal vegetables
