Equal UA Book Club

Wednesday, January 16, 7-8:30pm, Upper Arlington Public Library [Rm. A], 2800 Tremont Rd.

Join Equal UA in promoting an inclusive climate that encourages all people to feel welcome and participate fully within our community.

We will be discussing Heavy: An American Memoir, By Kiese Laymon.

In this powerful and provocative memoir, genre-bending essayist and novelist Kiese Laymon explores what the weight of a lifetime of secrets, lies, and deception does to a black body, a black family, and a nation teetering on the brink of moral collapse.

We will meet at the Upper Arlington Main Library in Rm. A [on the main floor].
