Join us for a discussion with panelists Douglas Keith, counsel in the Brennan Center for Justice’s Democracy Program; Billy Corriher, writer on fair courts issues for Facing South and Governing; and retired Judge Jeremy Fogel, Executive Director, Berkeley Law Judicial Institute on the need for robust judicial recusal and disqualification standards and how special interests influence the judicial selection process and judicial decision-making.
