On Tuesday, December 10, at 3pm, Ohio’s “Don’t Say Gay or Trans” bill [H.B. 8] will be heard in committee for proponent, opponent, and interested party testimony. On Wednesday, December 11, H.B. 8 is expected to move out of committee and could advance to a full Senate vote.
