Each event will include valuable information for landlords, ranging from eviction prevention resources, crime prevention strategies, housing vouchers, and much more.

“Tellabration” is a yearly storytelling event started by the National Storytelling Network and presented by storytelling organizations all over the world.

Enjoy stories in person at the Ohio History Center Auditorium on Saturday, November 6, 7-9pm.

As per the Ohio History Center’s requirements, masks must be worn (except for the storyteller on stage and when Bill Cohen is on stage); there will be spaced seating.

Friday, November 5, 4-5pm, this on-line event requires advance registration

Mershon’s Ralph D. Mershon Professor of Human Security and Professor of Sociology, Laura Dugan, will give a brief introduction to the growing momentum of the far-right that resurged during the 2008 election but had largely remained absent from public discourse as a source of serious threat. Dugan will then lead the discussion of what happened that day and the implications for accountability and the outlook for democracy.

Living Positively is an open group offering support, encouragement, and dialogue for those living with HIV/AIDS, including people who are newly diagnosed, living undetectable, and long-term survivors.

This group meets every Thursday and serves people living anywhere in Ohio. We meet both virtually at the below link and “in person” at 4400 N. High St.
