Cinch World’s Toughest Rodeo is coming back to Columbus on February 18 to exploit animals for “entertainment.” Join us in standing up against cruelty to animals by peacefully protesting outside Nationwide Arena on Saturday, February 18, 6:30-7:45pm. We’ll gather outside at the southeast entrance (the corner of W. Nationwide Blvd. and N. Front St.).

Join Somali Islamic Centers of Ohio (SICO) and CAIR-Ohio for an anti-bullying workshop at the AbuBakar Assidiq Islamic Center on Sunday, February 18 at 3:30pm.

This educational session is aimed at empowering Muslim parents to support their students at school and tackle bullying. Our speakers will provide valuable insights and practical tips on how to create a safe and inclusive environment for Muslim students.

In this three-part series, we’ll focus on various communities that continue to face disparities in healthcare and beyond. Part one will focus on how Black communities continue to experience substantial marginalization, leading to health disparities. Black LGBTQ+ people especially continue to encounter social and healthcare stigmas.
