The Central Ohio Young Black Democrats, in partnership with State of the Community, will be hosting a Community Conversation on Issue One on Wednesday, July 13, at the Columbus Metropolitan Library (Main Branch), 96 S. Grant Ave., to discuss the proposal to create City Council districts in Columbus.
