Saturday, August 5, 4-6pm, Barrel On High, 1120 N. High St.

I, locally renowned and award-winning artist, Malcolm J, will be displaying my vintage artwork for viewing and purchasing at Barrel On High, 1120 N. High St., this coming Gallery Hop. It is my labor of love, this “Labor Day Holiday,” to showcase my past and recent drawings of cityscapes, art illustrations, and pop art; also, a few past watercolor and acrylic paintings. If you Google my artist name up, you’ll see some of my accomplishments. “I am worthy of the support!” “Do come all!”

Opening reception: Saturday, July 29, 1-3pm, Riffe Gallery [Vern Riffe Center for the Government and the Arts], 77 S. St.

Enjoy light refreshments, a hands-on activity, and live music by Andicus and Christopher Swanson.

Gallery hours: 10am-6pm [Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday]; 10am-8pm [Thursday]; 11am-4pm [Saturday]; closed Sundays and all state holidays.

This exhibit will run July 27 to October 14.
