2021 YWCA Women of Achievement Virtual Event

As YWCA Columbus strives to create a more equitable society, we believe that it’s important to acknowledge our accomplishments and celebrate our progress. Women of Achievement honors leaders in our community who motivate us with their example of determination, generosity, and courage.

We will be honoring these Women of Achievement

• Dr. Deena Chisolm, Nationwide Foundation Endowed Choir in Health Equity Research and Director, Center for Innovation in Pediatric Practice, and Vice President, Health Services Research

• Michelle Heritage, Executive Director, Community Shelter Board [in Columbus, Ohio]

• Mary Howard, Executive Director, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, East Hospital

• Linda Kanney, President, National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Central Ohio Chapter

• Jennifer Peterson, Chief Executive, Easton, Steiner+Associates

• Gayle Saunders, Founder and CEO, The Saunders PR Group

• Carla Willams-Scott, Director, Department of Neighborhoods, City of Columbus
