Dr Emma L Briant is a writer, academic expert on propaganda and currently Visiting Research Associate in Human Rights at Bard College, in New York State. She holds a PhD Sociology, jointly supervised in Politics from the University of Glasgow, a Diploma in Literature & Creative Writing, Open University, a MSc Sociology from University of Glasgow, MRes  Glasgow Caledonian University, and BA International Relations & Politics (Hons), Coventry University.
